My review
Lumina Homes is ideal for independent singles, fresh graduates, young parents, and for the entire family, that is because of its economical construction, and design, and affordable prices on units. Simple, but elegant.
Private vehicles, and taxis are the convenient means of transportation to the site, although it is a little bit inconvenient for commuters depending on your location that is, that is because in order for you to reach the site/subdivision, you must go to "Tagbak" terminal, or to the terminal at the Jaro Plaza public market, or to Jaro Plaza, for a San Miguel jeep, in order for you to reach the subdivision. Accessible thru the circumferential road.
Lumina Homes, has a shuttle service, for the convenience of the home owners.
