It's reclining and can use to keep the new born baby. We used it for our baby since he was 0 months and can accommodate up to 3 years old toddler. It was our favorite stroller when my baby was small, but now we hardly use it as he loves to travel in his scooter. He is 2.5 years now.
We bought it for HKD 4500.00. It's in very good condition.
