Room available in Po Hing Fong from early April

I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room in our 2 bedroom flat in Po Hing Fong, starting from early April!
The 2-bedroom flat is really cozy, with a really comfy sofa bed, flat screen TV that can be hooked up to a laptop, and a DVD player. The room available can fit a double bed and my flat mate is willing to negotiate on leaving some of her furniture.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a breakfast counter, small oven, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee maker, rice cooker, and washing machine.
The bathroom is modern, with rain shower & regular shower head, and good storage space.
Location is fantastic - really quiet area, very trendy with a lot of great restaurants, cafes, and parks nearby, and within 10 mins by foot from Soho and the Sheung Wan MTR station. You’ll be sharing the flat with me - I am a photographer and a photo editor for a magazine :)
Rent is $8200 per month + bills for electricity and WiFi (which is really fast!). Water bill is every 3 months. All the bills will be split 50/50.
2 months security deposit is required plus one month rent upfront (which can be calculated depending on when you move in!)
